Microbiology Analyst


Job Description and Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:


Analyze the received samples according to approved and valid analytical methods.

Assist with laboratory and plant environment monitoring to assure compliance with the standard classification of zoning.

Perform microbial testing by swabbing technique for production instruments, sinks, door handles and floors.

Follow up on monitoring of production room and sampling room in RM warehouses for cleanliness and conformance with the specified GMP Grade.

Issue the implemented SOPs of operation and calibration of instruments and assist with calibrating all instruments in the microbiology section.

Prepare and sterilize buffer solutions and media needed for microbiological tests.

Job Requirements: 


BSc. Degree in Biology, Microbiology or Medical Analysis

1-3 years of relevant experience

Proficient in written, read and spoken Arabic and English

Duties & Responsibilities: 


Participate in drafting policies and guidelines related to compensation and benefits.

Study compensation and benefits programs trends and developments in different regions.

Participate in the Group salary structure, remuneration policies and oversee the variable pay systems within the Group.

Prepare / review data for participation in remuneration surveys and benchmarking studies in the pharmaceutical and general industry.

Review proposed salary guidelines adjustments for accuracy and appropriateness.

Participate in working on / reviewing grading structure.

Analyze, prepare headcount requests and manage database.

Job Requirements: 


Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration , Industrial Engineering or any related field.

2-3 years of relevant experience. 

Numerical and Analytical skills

Excellent written, read and spoken English & Arabic.
