The Human Resources Assistant is a strategic and operational role that provides human resources support to our customer service centers.

  The role is critical to implementing our people initiatives, providing significant internal support to clients, driving HR functional excellence and improving operations. 

Tasks vary in size and complexity and include internal audit, as well as internal and external reporting.

 They provide answers to questions on a wide range of human resources, benefits, and salary topics.  They manage cases, projects, and partner relationships of varying degrees of complexity.

  They adhere to strict confidentiality standards.  Work is performed within service levels.

 Responsibilities include:

 1- Responds quickly and accurately to customer questions.

 2. Ensures that employee documentation is complete and accurate

 3- Acts as a subject matter expert for clients, and escalates as appropriate.

 4. Provides training and guidance on policies, processes and systems to clients and team members

 5. Creates and distributes standard communications

 6- Reviews and analyzes the main findings.

 7. Leads process improvement initiatives.  Develops suggestions for improvements to maximize the value of the resource.

 8. Executes project tasks as directed

 Basic qualifications:

 1. Hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized university

 2. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

 3. Previous experience in Payroll Systems, HRIS

 4. More than two years of experience in the field of human resources

 5. Experience in using a computer, specifically with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

 6. The ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits and employee issues.

 7. Outstanding Interpersonal Skills: Must be patient, humorous and helpful at all times Front line communication of personnel issues.

 8.Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

 9. Excellent and detail-oriented organizational skills: Accuracy is essential.

 10. Processes data in systems according to standard operating practices.

 11. Responds quickly and accurately to customers.

 Human Resources major from a recognized university

 1+ years of experience in an HR Assistant role

 Experience in managing core employee relations issues

 Experience with PeopleSoft.
