Job Brief: A talent acquisition manager is responsible for developing recruiting strategies for a variety of roles, from entry-level to executive-level positions.

This employee is also responsible for building a strong employer brand for Umniah so that a strong workforce is developed for current and future recruitment needs.

Recruitment process and selection stages. choose the best talent.Effective and efficient filling of vacancies Manage recruitment and recruitment of talent Select and manage candidate tracking systems and all systems and tools managed by the Talent Acquisition team Talents Know and coordinate cooperation with educational and development organizations Represent and promote Umniah as an employer at job fairs Ensure cooperation with the marketing department in the implementation of initiatives. Employer brand. 

System administration for the application process and for the evaluation platform. Uploading new vacancies and tracking each vacancy. Ensuring the collection and verification of all documents required for hiring. Implement an internal publishing policy.
