Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Training(Nutrition Officer) Job.

Description and Requirements Position Purpose:

 Accountability, mentoring and guidance from the Nutrition Manager, Nutrition Officer will be responsible .

 Support, in collaboration with designated GFPI staff member, create / design innovative quantitative and qualitative MEAL structures and tools; review, validation, storage, analysis and presentation / visualization of quantitative and qualitative data from M&E collected by the Program Department; assistance in the development of MEL schemes and logical frameworks for grant applications from GFP donors.

Dissemination of FOOD-related workshops as well as on-site, off-site and online training to GFP internal and external audiences; provide technical support to each program team, which has primary responsibility for evaluating its program and reporting to donors; support institutional learning activities.

 Degree in relevant discipline At least two years of relevant professional experience Experience as a volunteer in community service / development Experience in monitoring and evaluation Experience in developing and coordinating programs Experience in mentoring others Ability to technical judgment information , analysis and recommendations Excellent

 communication skills both for reaching consensus and between people; confidence and enthusiasm when communicating internally and externally in formal and informal presentationsExcellent written and spoken English, and especially good written communication.

English. Excellent writing and speaking in Arabic. Good analytical skills. Technological competence (databases, documents, spreadsheets), spreadsheets, surveys, presentations.
