Male call center agent

 Tebcan.com, a leading digital health company, announces the recruitment of a Male Call Center Agent with the following responsibilities:

 Maintain a positive, emotional and professional attitude towards clients / patients at all times.

 Communicate with clients through various channels. (Tawk, Facebook Messages & Call Center)

 Full knowledge of doctors 'appointments and specialties to match patients' cases with the right doctor.

 Prompt response to customer / patient inquiries.

 Keep records of customer reservations, comments and complaints.

 Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

 Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's / Marketing or any related field.

 Fresh graduate or one year experience in the same field.

 He lives in Oman.

 You have a medical / healthcare background.

 Ability to calm down while interacting with sick people.

 Problem-solving skills.

 Able to make a minimum of 250 calls per day to follow up with clients.

 Excellent communication and training skills.

 Good looking and able to communicate with clients

 Good persuasion skills.

 You can work under pressure.

 Good English.


 Business days are from Saturday to Thursday.
