Finca Microfinance Company expressed its need to fill a job

 "Logistic and administrative officer"

 Main Functions:

 Supervising all maintenance work in the administration and branches and finding the necessary solutions when finding any problems.

 Make periodic and evaluation visits to list the branches ’maintenance needs and ensure their readiness.

 Coordination with the branches regarding maintenance and purchases that exceed the branch’s powers and present them to the management for approval.

 Follow-up of suppliers and receiving samples of materials to be purchased related to branch supplies.

 Supervising the suppliers' work related to the supplies of branches and receiving them from them according to the concluded contracts.

 Helping to find new locations or additional targeted office space for the company that the company may be afraid to rent.

 Follow-up of all Finica's transactions with all government and official banks and departments, and coordinate their implementation as per the rules.

 Carrying out the annual inventory of fixed assets and matching the assets register on the ground for the administration and branches.

 Follow-up of all external and internal Finica transactions regarding work permits, residency visas, profession licenses, and others.

 Required competencies

 A minimum diploma.

 Previous experience in logistical matters is preferred

 Knowledge of technical and maintenance matters.

 Previous experience in completing transactions with government departments and public departments.
