We’re searching for an experienced Copywriter to join our expanding marketing team. Our ideal candidate has the ability to translate data and research into actionable marketing plans that inform branding and campaign development. You should feel comfortable working independently with heavy research, and collaborating with consumers and a cross-functional team to ensure powerfully informative insights are collected.

Main Duties Responsibilities:

Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience.

Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the bank 's activities, products and/or services in English & Arabic language .

Develop and carry out an active, effective and efficient media engagement program

Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success.

Experienced at communications measurement and optimization, translating to lessons learned, and implementing improvements

Approach improvements using data and customer insights to gain support for your ideas, working collaboratively to bring those ideas to life whilst maintaining and strengthening our brand

Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals.

Develop key messages, lead on creating and maintaining appropriate and consistent language and terminology across all media.

Ability to develop and produce original, creative, and compelling communications solutions and content (in a variety of media, including email announcements, intranet copy, executive communications, presentations, video scripts, etc.)

Keep up to date on best practice within the banking sector generally and particularly changes to communications innovation and codes of practice.

To be responsible for brand management, including brand awareness and adherence to brand and the bank identity guidelines.

Responsible of delivering successful, integrated appeals and campaigns through a range of marketing channels.

Measure and monitor the impact of communications on customer behaviors when seeking support, interpreting analysis into clear plans for improvement.

Excellent and engaging communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

Prepare the internal and external communications in English and Arabic language.

Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication.


Qualifications & Skills:

5-7 years’ experience in public relations and/or Corporate communications

Excellent writing and verbal communications skills in both English and Arabic language.

Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides a plus ( copy writer )

Ability to produce high quality written reports internally and externally both in Arabic and English language.

Excellent organizational skill and multitasking
