Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist.

Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of Engineering & Development Manager , Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist is Responsible for leading 3D modelers team and CAD station draftsmen, to carry out all detailed digital 3D models and Prototypes for a variety of projects either new or related to existing plans 3D scanning technologies that to be used as the basis for BIM workflows and its platform setup that providing the features of planning, designing, constructing, managing and operating of projects as well existing plants models as that finally Provides the essential reporting tools for strategic decisions considering the functional concept of business technical & financial aspects.

Executive & Technical Duties

Providing leadership and direct supervision for the design modeling teams within BIM workflows setup guidelines and Managing BIM implementation on related supporting software and 3D scan technologies for large-scale projects.

Communicate effectively and offer cross-team support to Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.

Develop BIM outcomes & features to enable extracting data based on the discipline BIM platform including the master plan strategy, construction drawings, As-built drawings, operational data, tagging, cost analysis, design & functional documentation as a methodology with full utilization of BIM software and tools.

Collaborate and coordinate with internal or/and external parties to update design-changes and model changes on the BIM platform.

Researching new BIM related software and assisting in business development approaching to Keep up to date for new BIM developments.

Planning and scheduling the engineering work within the planned time frame.

Prepare/Review cost estimation and feasibility studies for the budgeted BIM projects.

Develop, Review and Manage KPIs to ensure continuous improvement of work aspects.

Review the preparation of BIM project tender documents and condition of contract, and then Develop, Review the criteria for technical offers evaluation, bidders' negotiation, following up procurement process for BIM project.

Oversee technical aspects for related process Safety Management through developing TRA for work activities if required.

Perform administrative functions such as leading daily and weekly reviewing meeting, writing reports, and managing the operating expense budget of related work.



Job requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in: Architecture Engineering, Mechanical engineering, or Civil engineering.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar BIM projects with Excellent knowledgeable about BIM practices and policies, software, and standards.

Excellent skills in the 3D modeling software: AutoCAD, Revit, Civils 3D, MicroStation, etc.

Familiarity with Design Visualization applications such as Autodesk 360 (Cloud Rendering), 3D Studio Max and Navisworks.

Familiarity with 3D scan technologies & the related Visualization applications.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English & Arabic).

Excellent leadership capabilities

Team player and can work with a team-based environment.

Excellent computer skills (MS Office, MS Projects).

Good experience background in all fields of engineering specialization within the entry scope of work.

Excellent planning capabilities

Approaching Cost optimization.

Junior Legal Counsel

Job Summary

  The successful candidate will provide support to the Legal Director and other senior Legal Counsels in the APC legal department on any related legal issues, ensure that the company is conducting its business in full compliance with all applicable laws and signed agreements and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.

Executive & Technical Duties

Research and advice on Jordanian law.

Assist with the management of the legal department’s legal operations and contract life cycle management software.

Prepare draft presentations on legal issues.

Draft, subject to further review by other senior Legal Counsel in the APC department, legal documents, letters, agreements, undertakings, legal opinions, and notices which are referred to the legal department.

Assist in developing and modifying policies and procedures to conform to legal requirements.

Assist in following up on all legal matters related to projects and to the Company's corporate requirements.

Improve personal productivity by remaining current on all areas / developments relevant to the position.


Job Requirements


Sc. Degree from a recognized university in Law with GPA of very good or higher.

At least 2-4 years post being admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association as a practicing lawyer.

of related experience.

High fluency in English & Arabic; reading, speaking, and writing.

Strong computer skills

Strong organizational skills including multi-tasking.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the ability to communicate properly in oral and written form.

Experience with legal operations is highly desirable.

The successful candidate has to be a non-smoker.
