ترغب مؤسسة الملكة رانيا في الأردن عن توظيف الشاغر التالي :

Content and Product Management (Officer/Snr. Officer)

Department: Research and Program Development (RPD)

Location: Amman, AMM.

Main Job Purpose: 

The Product and Content Management function is situated within the Research and Program Development’s learning at home stream.

The learning at home stream aims to prepare children to become fluent readers in Arabic by working closely with parents with children aged 0-5 to promote literacy-rich home learning environments.

One of the core routes to achieving this is to produce freely available, high-quality Arabic literacy resources that are based on the science of Arabic literacy but are also fun and engaging.

This role will involve supporting the development and maintenance of digital products to promote Arabic literacy skills in the early years.

Main Job Responsibilities: 

Strategic Planning

Contribute to the setting of the department’s annual OKRs and link them with personal deliverables

Contribute to the setting of the department’s annual budget and ensure that work is being executed according to the approved budget

Contribute to the setting of the department’s operational Policies & Processes and ensure proper implementation of the same

Prepare reports and documents as required by the direct manager

Commit to the implementation of the personal learning and development plan agreed upon with the direct manager


Conduct market research that outlines problems, opportunities, and solutions

Follow trends in media, discussion boards, and other online tools that are relevant to our users

Meet with stakeholders to effectively gather, document, and communicate critical information to cross-functional teams

Perform user acceptance and QA testing

Coordination with internal and external team members to determine the scope of digital products functionality and change requirements

Work closely with Project Manager on planning activities, deliverables, and timelines

Work closely with UX/UI designer to create and update UI mockups (includes occasionally creating wireframes to capture detailed requirements)

Create user stories, maintain the product backlog and contribute to the product roadmap

Job Communication: 


At Home Stream: Align with team members and manager on stream roadmap and activities

Marketing and communications team: Coordinate with the team on all marketing and communication material and align on all activities and deliverables


Vendors: Daily coordination with developers, designers, and QA teams

Consultants: Coordination with consultants and review of deliverables

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in business, media management, social sciences, or any other relevant field

4 years of experience in a related field. Prior NGO experience is preferred


Arabic (Native/ Fluent) 

Proficiency in English both writing and speaking 

*Only candidates reside in Jordan will be considered.
