The Cooperation Institution announces its need to hire a individual finance manager according to the following details:

 The Department: The Resource Development Department

 Job title: Director of the Individual Finance Unit

 Location: Jordan

 Direct official: Director of the Financial Resources Development Department

 Roles and responsibilities:

 Attracting new donors to the Foundation’s programs to attract their contribution.

 Organizing various activities and campaigns to attract funding.

 Preparing project proposals and communicating about them with individual donors from members of the foundation and outside.

 Preparing reports on financiers in coordination with the relevant authorities.

 Supervising the preparation of operational plans to attract individual and community funding and planning fundraising activities.

 Follow-up of the funders' databases file, whether from inside or outside the institution, and update them constantly, and play the role of a link between the various parties.

 Participate in preparing reports of the Resource Development Committee and related performance indicators, and mainly processing mail messages, publications and reports.

 Qualifications and Experience:

 A university degree not less than a master's degree in one of the relevant administrative and economic sciences fields

 Possessing a broad knowledge of the fundamentals of humanitarian and development aid aid, as well as a good knowledge of the Palestinian context.

 Ability to travel and good knowledge of the Middle East and its culture.

 At least 10 years of experience in resource development and attracting financing from individuals and the private sector.

 Preparing presentations for fundraising purposes.

 Follow-up to enter information related to project proposals and grants received into the ERP resource management system

 Participate in preparing and following up campaigns to attract community funding

 Excellent ability in writing reports and project proposals.

 Proficiency in using the computer and its applications

 Characteristics and skills required for the job:

 Possess skills in strategic planning, follow-up, and evaluation.

 Possess skills in the field of time management and the delivery of tasks on time and at the required level.

 Possess the ability to think analytically.

 Ability to follow up and work under pressure.

 High communication skills, mastering both Arabic and English, in writing and speaking.

 Models and Achievements:
