Job Scope


Develops concepts for packaging and promotional needs and generates digital art files from concept to production, and design marketing materials such as brochures, packaging materials, leaflets, mailers, e-mail campaigns, rollups…etc. and deliver design assets to support digital marketing and advertising efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities (But not limited to)


Executive & Technical Duties


Conceptualize, plan, create, design and modify layouts and original designs, in accordance with regulatory requirements and brand and company guidelines.


Produce, typeset, and prepress for major pharmaceutical marketing materials.


Perform design for websites, web banners and other interactive materials designed to meet specifications and within deadlines.


Adhere to Brand Guidelines when applicable and ensure brand standards are met on materials produced.


Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver, Flash…etc.


Create visual concepts, designs, layouts, and all prepress activities for a variety of print communication pieces.


Design, illustrate and prepare printing layouts for various reports, information leaflets, instructional aids, brochures, billboards, posters, exhibits, flyers, letterheads, logos, newsletters and other publications and printed material.


Support marketing and account management teams with design and execution of marketing and promotional materials.


Develop concepts for packaging and promotional needs and generates digital art files from concept to production, including layout, package template and specifications, typesetting, font administration, graphic placement and file management.


Prepare PDF files of packaging components for electronic review and approval process.


General Administrative Duties


Handling any other work related activities as per the direction of the direct supervisor.

Maintain complete and updated purchasing data and pricing on the adopted system.

Support relevant departments with quotations for maintenance spare parts, instruments, raw materials and packaging materials.

Oversee the preparation and processing of purchase orders according to Company policies and procedures.

Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items with suppliers and clearance agents to ensure delivery on time.

Source and negotiate the best purchase package in terms of price, terms, delivery and service with current and new suppliers.

Solve problems related to the procurement of materials and services for all departments.

Job Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or any related field.

At least 8 years of relevant experience including 3 years in a supervisory position.

Job Description and Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:


Support the Product Manager to ensure that marketing plans are implemented correctly and deadlines are met.

Provide technical guidance and advice to ensure the achievement of set goals and make sure to present development plans for the Product Manager.

Develop and follow-up on plans and marketing strategies for Business Unit products in different markets to reinforce the Company’s position in the market and increase its market share.

Study and analyse markets' financial, demographic, technological and scientific factors, to find new marketing opportunities.

Manage financials of marketing activities including budget planning, distribution and use of resources and preparation of related reports.

Conduct periodic meetings with the Product Manager regarding work priorities and ensuring work is flowing smoothly.

Job Requirements:

Job Description and Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:


Handle and follow up the incoming/outgoing mail or shipments and maintain it through a logbook for tracking purposes.

Respond to emails and answer enquiries related to the section as appropriate as well as handle and redirect phone calls.

Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments.

Ensure site manager office is always tidy and presentable and order office stationery and other services as required.
